Senior Client Services Administrator

Assist the sales team by managing and processing client information and sales documentation. Handling intake calls. Client facing activity and sales appointments. Supporting the sales team internally while Client Services Managers are in the field. 

Our company is one of the largest Home Care Organizations in San Diego.  We are locally owned with over 200 years of combined professional experience in the industry.  

COMPENSATION: $64,480 - $75,000.  Opportunity to earn variable compensation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Follow up with leads generated by the sales team to convert them into customers

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team with potential customers

  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system

  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or customer service role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Google Docs

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
