The Position

The ideal candidate for our Sales Representative role will meet the following requirements:

  • You must have a track record of finding new business from a variety of methods (cold calls, referrals and networking).

  • You must have a strong ability to sell consultatively and not on price.

  • Be highly coachable and have high levels of responsibility.

  • Be a goal achiever that is willing to be held accountable for your own goals.

  • You must be able to quickly develop and grow relationships to obtain a steady stream of referrals.

  • Follow a proven sales process while remaining authentic in your approach.

  • Have the ability to get to and have conversations with main partners from prospective firms.

  • You must be able to use CRM to your advantage and drive revenue.

  • Have a history of retaining clients through value conversations and high level of service.

Experience with selling a service, or experience in the HR services, Business Insurance, Software or Marketing services helpful but not required. Experience in the legal industry is a bonus.
