CoSolutions, Inc. is looking to hire a Program Manager. **Contract is pending award** Overview The Program Manager that has experience supervising all program elements (Help Desk Support); to ensure the program meets or exceeds client expectations and determines the most cost-effective means of achieving client goals. The PM is the primary point of contact with client, assuring that the client is up to date on program status and overall progress.

The PM guides the development of program components and acts as quality assurance officer overall program elements. This position oversees customer satisfaction and ensures that the highest levels of customer service are met. Responsibilities include: Provide the name of any alternate(s) who shall act for the contractor when the PM is absent Provide 24/7 contact information of the PM and alternate(s) Maintain a list of office and after hour phone numbers for key contractor personnel Report all changes via email to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and government Program Manager (GPM, 72 ABW/SCOS) NLT five (5) days from the date of change Establish and maintain standard program management practices Submit all requests for access to controlled areas via the GPM Maintain timelines, develop and maintain reports, and be the liaison with the GPM and COR Provide a monthly status report (MSR) detailing project status as well as significant accomplishments for that month NLT the tenth (10th) calendar day of the following month Maintain and ensure personnel follow all policies and procedures Track and report completion of customer requirements in the MSR Be available for validation/support when a tested/supported system is deployed Work with all team members as issues are discovered and resolved Maintain and report system/service availability metrics in the MSR Manage to a written Program Management Plan Responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations Provide overall direction of program activities Manage and maintain contractor interface with the COR and senior levels of the customer’s organization Oversee the HD, ensuring user satisfaction Oversees all administrative processes associated with the planning and service, as well as all human resource processes Delegate work assignments to HD team Responsible for creating and updating SOPs as needed Develops staff and user training, cross training & mentoring programs Contributes to regular planning and discussion of upcoming events and identifies potential challenges and methods to overcome those challenges prior to the events Continuously develops department to align with the latest trends/innovation in the industry Communicates and supports all facility safety and emergency procedures Promotes and supports workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives Required Experience: 5-10 years relevant experience commensurate with the Program Manager position Relevant experience in managing HD contracts over $3-7 million dollars annually 5 years of work experience in HD or technical support or related field Extensive knowledge of industry-standard HD technology environment Ability to adjust, align, troubleshoot, and repair HD systems Strong written and oral communications required Strong customer service and relationship management skills; Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision-making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example. Strong motivation to maintain knowledge and stay apprised of latest trends and best practices in the HD industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
