The base salary for this position is 75K - 80K These numbers represent the low and high end of our salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.

- Beauty Industry Expertise: Ideal candidates should have a background in the beauty industry with portfolios showcasing work related to makeup and skincare.
- Keen Attention to Detail: We seek candidates with a critical eye and a clean aesthetic who can craft layouts and color schemes aligning seamlessly with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in Design Software: Candidates must possess comprehensive knowledge of current design software and be skilled in all stages of the design process.
Responsibilities:
- Production Focus: Your primary emphasis will be on standard production tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of design materials.
- Platform Diversity: You will work on various platforms, including POS, print, and digital, adapting your designs to each medium.
- Beauty-Centric Work: Your role involves creating visual content related to makeup and skincare products in the beauty industry.
- Adherence to Brand Guidelines: You'll be responsible for maintaining brand consistency by adhering to established brand guidelines.

Requirements
Responsibilities: As the Production Designer, you will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Chain Resets and Module Graphics (50% Production/50% Design):
- Execute chain resets and module graphics for all chain accounts, focusing on production tasks. This includes working with existing and new asset mechanicals.
- Presentation and PDF Deck Creation (Walkthroughs):
- Develop engaging presentations and PDF decks, including walkthroughs, to support marketing and sales efforts.
- File Preparation for Printing (100% Print-Ready):
- Ensure all design files are meticulously prepared for printing, meeting the highest print-ready standards, including pre-press and press-ready requirements.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Engage in collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional partners from Marketing and Sales to address any obstacles or challenges that may arise, ensuring smooth progress in design work.
- Thorough Proofing and Quality Assurance:
- Rigorously proof all work to guarantee accuracy in copy, color, dimensions, and assortment, leaving no room for errors.
- Pack-Out Creation for Printing Vendors:
- Generate detailed pack-out instructions for printing vendors, whether for full resets or reprints, ensuring a seamless production process.
- Content Production for E-Retail Accounts:
- Create and produce content tailored to the specific requirements of e-retail accounts, adhering to existing and new asset mechanicals.

- 2-4 Years of Experience in a Collaborative Creative Beauty Environment:
- You should have 2-4 years of experience in a creative and collaborative work setting, ideally in the beauty industry.
- Adobe Creative Cloud and InDesign Expertise:
- You are an expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, showcasing your ability to produce top-tier creative content.
- Agility and Collaborative Spirit:
- You excel in an agile work environment, demonstrating exceptional collaboration skills when working closely with cross-functional team members.
- Familiarity with Wrike Project Management:
- Your familiarity with Wrike project management tools allows you to effectively organize and manage projects, ensuring their successful execution.
- Organized, Self-Motivated, and Quick-Learner:
- Your organizational prowess, self-motivation, and rapid adaptability shine through. You are well-versed in taking direction and have mastered the art of keyboard shortcuts.
- Proactive and Assertive with Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills:
- Proactivity is your hallmark; you do not wait for direction but take the initiative. Your assertiveness and proactive nature enable you to independently lead assignments and seek support when required.
- Proficiency in Blender and/or SketchUp, with 3D Expertise:
- If you bring a strong skill set in Blender and/or SketchUp, you will add a new dimension to our team's creative capabilities. Your proficiency in 3D design and modeling is particularly valuable, expanding our creative horizons.
