Co-Mo Connect is seeking an outgoing and friendly individual to work as a Member Care Representative at our Sunrise Beach office. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity working Monday through Friday.

As a Member Care Representative you will be working with our members and subscribers over the phone and in person. You will take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns. You will have the opportunity to work with new and existing customers each day. Your primary areas of focus will be: assisting with payments, setting up new service, and answering billing related questions.

You will be:

* Answering a multi-line phone system
* Maintaining member accounts
* Working with Co-Mo Connect subscribers
* Assisting with payments, payment arrangements, and security deposits

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Great Communication Skills
* Conflict Resolution Skills
* Ability to Multi-Task
* Ability to Handle High-Stress Situations
* Experience Working in an office environment
