About the Marketing Manager Position
We are searching for a creative marketing manager who will act as the Clutch DC business partner accountable for marketing quality in the area and a collection of clients. This role offers clever marketing strategies that exploit Clutch DC's top tier advertising campaigns to improve sales productivity. Through using their vast experience in face to face and online marketing strategies and their knowledge of the business environment, they will help, advise and deliver guidance to the marketing team on the creation of the brand identity and the introduction of innovative advertising campaigns. This role evaluates and interprets the success indicators and feedback on promotional strategies for ROI and recommends new alternatives for projects that do not meet standards.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Work with the marketing and advertising team to create new sales leads, marketing techniques, and revenue streamlines customized to each clients needs.
Recommend effective marketing techniques and promotions including lead generation, target audience, marketing & advertising presentation, and media to achieve greater team success
Bring considerable understanding of marketing strategies and tactics to create creative and interactive marketing campaigns incorporating both modern and conventional marketing methods.
Mentor new hires and assist in effectively leading the implementation of marketing & advertising methods
Recognize the industry priorities of the client and institution to guarantee that advertising and results are maximized.
evaluate and assess the proposal for each company in collaboration with the administration staff and suppliers.
Recognize the industry environment to comprise technological developments, strategic advantages and disadvantages as they apply to campaign management.
Preserve a basic understanding of all the benefits, attributes and advantages that make our clients products and services competitive in the their industry
Address the campaign plan and outcomes at the market research conference.
Tutors, trains and offers sales staff success reviews on excellent sales strategies and product knowledge.
Collaborate with marketing departments to develop growth plans for all assets in the area, offering instruction to new market development in combination with revenue and consumer support.
Marketing Manager Education and Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous leadership, marketing, or advertising experience.
Campaign development experience preferred
Basic Computer Skills
Ability to commute to Washington DC office.
