We are a newly formed partnership between Club Assist LLC and Valvoline – called VCA Solutions. The sole purpose of this company is to provide world-class delivery, customer satisfaction and service to Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) stores throughout North America.
How will you do this? By managing the teams who provide an outstanding product, on time and when needed. You will be the primary point of contact for the leadership of the region with the main purpose of helping your team and by extension VIOC; service their customers with needed batteries.
Who will you work with? Well, us… your SRM(s), the managers of the stores, Valvoline leadership, the service technicians in the stores, the other territory managers.
Who is Club Assist?
Club Assist is an international mobile automobile battery provider contracted by the American Automotive Association (AAA) and the Canadian Automotive Association (CAA) to provide its member clubs and service providers a world-class battery program. We do this through the delivery and supply of branded batteries, logistics, training, marketing and sales support for the AAA/CAA mobile Battery Service throughout the United States and Canada for the past 20 years.
We are now also providing that same AWESOME level of service to selected Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations.
The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for ensuring the success of the Company’s operations, marketing, and business development strategy in an assigned territory or region managing the field staff of Service Route Manager(s), SRM(s). SRM(s) are the delivery leg of VCA Solutions, which provides dedicated distribution of batteries and associated products to Valvoline Instant Oil Change stores. The TM’s responsibilities include enhancing existing client relationships; assisting customer base to meet/exceed KPIs; supervising and developing subordinates; developing policies or practices to improve program efficiencies; contributing to operational and marketing strategies, and reporting results to division management. This position is subject to general supervision and requires the regular use of independent judgment and discretion.
