Clover Leaf is looking for a Software QA Professional to join our growing team. We are looking for people who can work as part of a team and individually. This position is an on-site full-time salaried position in Los Alamos, NM.
Software Quality Assurance Analyst 4
The SQAA 4 will provide technical expertise and initiative in identifying areas to which SQA practices may be introduced and enhanced. You will also provide expert advice in all software engineering process areas. At this level, you will be responsible for full implementation of the ALDWP Software Quality Assurance Program. This will include managing multiple large software projects, mentoring and providing direction to lower level SQAAs, and communicating with various levels of personnel across the Directorate and Institution. You will be the primary interface to the SQA Program Lead on implementation support and will work with the Program Lead to plan, prioritize and manage implementation support. You will devise improvements to current processes and procedures and will develop models of possible future configurations, perform work flow analysis and recommend quality improvements.
Quality Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of and demonstrated experience in the software verification and validation processes.
Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of software engineering concepts, principles and standards.
Project Management: Advanced knowledge of software project management and software project monitoring and control.
Systems Requirements: Advanced knowledge with developing system requirements, software requirements specifications and functional interfaces between system software components and the system-level design.
Quality Assurance: Advanced knowledge of software quality assurance and configuration management principles.

In addition to the requirements outlined above, qualification for the level 4 requires:

Project Management: Expert knowledge of software project management and software project monitoring and control.

Quality Assurance: Expert knowledge of software quality assurance and configuration management.
Education/Experience for SQAA 4: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science discipline and minimum of 12 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to meet the requirements above.
