Pizza Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

To include but not limited to:

1. Complete daily opening and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies.
2. Work as a team member to assure constant and consistent quality, service, cleanliness and value to each customer.
3. Coordinate with management for on-the-job training of new associates.
4. Operate cash register and void transactions as needed while following company cash handling policies and procedures.
5. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work.
6. Implement product rotation based on product code dates in warehouse.
7. Resolve customer complaints in a manner consistent with company policy, and with customer satisfaction in mind.
8. Practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices and complies food standards.
9. Greet customers, initiate and complete customer transactions quickly and accurately.
10. Prepare products quickly and accurately, while following all preparation, health and safety standards and guidelines.
11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders.

Qualifications:

1. 1 year of quick service restaurant experience.
2. Pizza Restaurant experience preferred.
3. A minimum of grade 1 year supervising a team in a restaurant setting.
4. Good verbal skills to communicate with guests, staff and management.
5. Physically able to perform light to medium lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and walking.
6. Previous experience in food service is preferred.
