We're looking for someone to join our team as a HR Applications Administrator who:

Under the direction of the Chief HR Officer, the Human Resources Applications Administrator is responsible for overseeing the management of HR applications (HRIS, LMS, DMS, etc.) within the scope of the Human Resources department in both Kern and Fresno Counties. Other requirements of this position will be the continuous improvement of application implementation/utilization and identifying alternatives to current software, training delivery, and reporting. In addition, this role will collaborate with the various departments and senior leadership to effectively create and administer education through the LMS. Technical support and guidance to end-users will also be vital to this position.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversees HR Applications (RELIAS, ADP, PolicyTech, etc.).
  • Develops, implements, and delivers training utilizing RELIAS, PolicyTech, etc.
  • Co-leads, along with senior leadership and various stakeholders, the development, implementation, and coordination of training plans for individual operational units within RELIAS, PolicyTech, etc. in accordance with compliance guidelines, organizational education goals, and organizational standards.
  • In coordination with the CHRO, the Human Resources department, and additional stakeholders, identifies and assesses training needs; plans, organizes, and implements specific employee development programs and training to include, but not limited to, supervisor education, performance-related programs, organizational education goals, etc.
  • Utilizes reporting tools within the various applications to provide guidance to interested parties on education completion, HR metrics, etc.
  • Serves as subject-matter expert for HR applications. Provide technical support and guidance to staff. 
  • Takes initiative to troubleshoot problems and proactively identifies solutions. 
  • Research new applications and delivery methods that could further benefit the organization and staff in addition to, or replacing, current applications and methods. 
  • Works with leadership and CSV staff to ensure products and services are consistent with the standards of the CSVPS.

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or other closely related discipline required, Master’s degree preferred; CSVPS or similar Lean Management certification preferred
  • One (1) year of experience performing HRIS applications supervision with 5 years of progressively responsible experience with HRIS, LMS, DMS, etc.
  • Experience with RELIAS, ADP, PolicyTech, or similar applications
  • Exceptionally strong change management, proven communications skills, the ability to work in a team environment, strong relationship management, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize when competing needs exceed resources.
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, interpersonal, team building, project management, written/verbal communication, and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality possible when performing the functions of this department.
  • Must adhere to Clinica Sierra Vista’s employee health/immunization requirements or provide a valid exemption request for subsequent approval.
