Director of Technical Delivery

ClinCapture is a healthtech software company located in Las Vegas, NV.

We provide a leading-edge suite of software applications designed to expedite remote and decentralized clinical trials. ClinCapture's software helps pharma and biotech companies to lower clinical trial costs, streamline data capture processes, and advance the evaluation and development of drugs, biologics, and medical devices that demonstrate promise for the future.

Location: This position is remote to start, but may ultimately report to a local office in San Juan.

Compensation: based on experience, up to $120k per year.

Responsibilities:

Agile Program Management

• Act as "Product Owner" and "Scum Master" for daily stand up meetings
• Direct change in technical details, project approaches, and resource allocation to meet business needs
• Continually evaluate and improve processes by measuring and evaluating project outcomes against leadership objectives

• Attend customer meetings and record and analyze customer feedback
• Work with leadership to identify customer needs and assist in the development and delivery of solutions
• Align internal resources and processes to meet customer needs and desired outcomes

• Accurately forecast project delivery scope and deliver milestones in alignment with leadership objectives
• Complete sprint and release-level proposals and scopes of work
• Complete technical designs and specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent educational experience
• Technical experience in AWS (or similar cloud technologies), PostgreSQL (or other object-relational database systems), Java (or other object-oriented programming languages), JavScript, and React
• 3+ years experience with agile methodology
• 2+ years experience with customer success
