Job Description

Department: Quality Assurance

Location: Redlands, CA

Compensation: Full time salary plus benefits. (Non-Exempt Employee).

Education and Experience

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required. An Associate of Arts or a Bachelor degree a plus.

Required Skills

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to get along with others
  • Ability to read and comprehend Basic Math & English
  • Job stability if not a recent college graduate
  • Prior experience or aptitude for electronics/mechanical assembly a plus
  • Ability to differentiate between colors

     

    Job Duties

    Job duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

    • QC Inspector is responsible for the inspection and release of purchased parts and Climet fabricated parts
    • QC Inspector is responsible for the inspection and release of final product, and in-process inspection of critical assemblies.
    • Provide customer technical support as needed
    • Maintain proper procedures in a static controlled environment
    • Strong interpersonal communication skill
    • Must maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Must follow all procedures established for ISO 9001 Quality Management System
    • Other duties as assigned

    Physical Requirements

    Successful Candidates must be able to perform the following:

    • Ability to perform intricate hand manipulations, such as using a screw driver, and similar actions.
    • Must be able to lift 40 lbs. from the floor to above your head
    • Must be able to push a cart
    • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time required
