Job Description

We have partnered with one of Texas' top commercial real estate firms. 

As the Marketing Events Manager, you will drive brand awareness, boost sales, and enhance communication for our clients'  commercial, multi-family, retail, and recreational divisions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, you can manage and implement advertising, marketing, and communication programs, ensuring clear messaging and impactful campaigns.

What we're looking for:

  • 5-10 years of real estate marketing experience, specifically in commercial, retail, and multi-family sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven track record in strategic marketing planning and execution across multiple projects
  • Proficiency in resource planning, budgeting, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication
  • Strong vendor management skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with HubSpot software
  • Project management expertise
