ERP Business Systems Administrator
As we settle into our brand-new building, we are growing our team to add capacity and meet the increased volume of customer orders.
Position Summary
The ERP Administrator will spearhead the initiative of making Global Shop (ERP) a powerful and accurate tool that can help drive our business growth. This position will work with subject matter experts to support, configure, and implement solutions. This individual will gather requirements and understand integration points between the different business areas to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives across all functions within the company.

This position will work with subject matter experts to support, configure, and implement solutions. This individual will gather requirements and understand integration points between the different business areas to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives across all functions within the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliable performance of Global Shop (ERP)
- Project Management
- Champion data quality
- Assist in developing financial and business processes within the ERP
- Simplify and standardize all business processes within the ERP
- Troubleshoot and resolve all ERP related hardware, software and user issues
- Ensure all documentation and training materials are effective and up to date
- Develop and execute system test plans, patch, and upgrade testing, correct technical and database issues.
- Train staff and super users on various ERP procedures.
- Identify areas of operational improvement by utilizing system functionality
- Create, maintain, and update information in the company ERP system.
- Create or update users
- Create/ Develop:
- Reports
- Forms
- Work instructions
- Workflows
- Other communication tools
- Review and propose changes to improve efficiency
- Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Provide support to users
- Monitor systems performance
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working for a manufacturing company preferred. 3-5 years' experience working with an ERP system. Programming background would be a plus.
