About Us: Clear Minds Las Vegas/Georgia provides mental/behavioral health assessments, individual, family, and group therapy, Drug and Alcohol Counseling, Basic Skills Training (BST), Psycho social Rehabilitation (PSR), Day Treatment services, Intensive Outpatient Services, Medication Management and Crisis Intervention services to children, adolescents, and adults in the Medicaid/ Medicare networks. Clear minds provide services for all DSM V diagnosis. Clear Minds Family Center main source of clients is within the Juvenile Justice System (JJS), Child Protective Service agency (CPS), Department of Family Services (DFS), Clark County School District (CCSD), and CPS alliance group in conjunction with the Metropolitan Police Department(Las Vegas).
We provide day treatment/group/IOP services three to five times a week in which the children are provided with meal plans, obtain assistance with life skills, and are taught lesson plans based on the Why Try curriculum. Crisis intervention services are rendered by the treatment team to ensure the safety of our clients and others. We have case managers that assist in completing targeted case management services with perspective clients as well as networking to build partnerships with other community agencies.
An important aspect of our case management team is ensuring that resources are available in the community and are researched as well as provided to our clients to ensure that their basic needs are met. We ensure that our staff is given every opportunity to acquire knowledge on the latest research in the mental/behavioral health field. CM provides training onsite and encourage staff to attend trainings/supervision offsite if needed.
Our facility was awarded a 3 year CARF accreditation in June 2018. We have included Residential Treatment into Georgia network. We are seeking a Clinician with experience, education, and extensive networks to assist in this expansion as well as supervise interns locally.

Must have a ACTIVE VALID NPI in Nevada Job Description: Conduct regular appointments with clients who wish to converse with a mental health professional Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address client situations Continually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessary Record and maintain adequate notes about client visits When required, refer clients to outside sources or agencies that can better address their specific needs Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client situation Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance Work in our residential treatment program as needed; Provide clinical and program supervision to a dedicated multi-disciplinary team of direct service providers; Work closely with the Residential Clinical Manager to oversee and ensure effective, integrated delivery of clinical services to clients and their families seeking treatment and care; Assist the outpatient/residential team to achieve service outcomes that meet or exceed established standards; Ensure compliance with guidelines and governing regulations; Develop and implement ongoing educational and training opportunities for outpatient/residential clinical staff; Ensure the consistency of clinical charting standards and requirements in the programs; Ensure that all services are provided with a passion for trauma-informed care utilizing evidence based clinical practices compatible with the philosophy and theory of recognized evidence-based practices and Core Values.
