Home Improvement Sales Representative

We are seeking In-home Sales Representatives to join our team!

We are a family owned and operated general contracting company that specializes in retrofit window and door installations for residences. Our territory covers Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, and Hendry Counties. We offer energy-efficient, hurricane-impact products and storm/safety solutions for peoples' homes. We are entering our 15th year in business and are only continuing to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Run appointments set by our office where you will determine what products/manufacturers clients want to be quoted for
• Take measurements of existing openings, openings clients wish to create
• Send measurements off to manufacturer's for quotes, and prepare & send quotes to potential clients
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Conduct rehashes when necessary
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Communicate with clients throughout project
• Create and improve upon existing sales material to present to customers

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Experience in home improvement sales
• Experience in Construction, bidding, and measuring is preferred
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged
