Position Summary
This internship is an opportunity for individuals to gain real-world experience and training in the renewable energy/solar industry space.
Interns will have the opportunity to work across departments to maximize their exposure to how our company works and what area of Clean Energy they may want to pursue.
During the internship, the intern will have a CleanCapital Mentor that will be their main point of contact and project manager during their time with the company.
Training
- Solar 101 class by SEIA (5 hour class)
- Access to CleanCapital internal training videos
- Resume review and job coaching
Term
2-3 months
Learning Objectives
- Through a first hand account, learn about the different verticals in our company, and work on projects across the verticals
- Create connections with key leaders in the Clean Energy Industry
- Learn about the Clean Energy industry
Education Requirements
Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate degree program, enrolled in a Master’s program, or a recent college graduate looking to work part-time in the field to gain valuable and applicable experience. This is a part-time internship, averaging 20 hours per week.
Location of Position:
This position can be based remotely, however depending upon the individual’s experience and location we may require he/she be based in our New York City office.

Covid Vaccination Policy
At CleanCapital, we value and prioritize a safe work environment and require all employees who will be physically entering any CleanCapital office to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Work Conditions
If working remotely, your work environment is what you make of it, however CleanCapital encourages everyone to have a dedicated workspace that, for the most part, can be free of distractions. If working in one of our Corporate Offices, the work environment is usually quiet (normal city traffic noises are common), a blend of artificial and natural light, temperate and generally supports a collaborative work environment.
