Job Description

· Works in collaboration with the Customer Care Leader, Sales Team, Production, and Customer to ensure all orders, contracts, and sales documentation are accurate and complete

· Responsible for communicating with the customer at each stage of their product order from render approval to signed delivery, and after service care

· Monitors support calls from customers and updates/escalates any issues to the Leadership Team

· Oversees post sale activities and manages the process from order finalization to planning and production

· Ensures all data uploaded to the CRM system is accurate and up to date

· Ensures all orders are accurate, current, and in the proper stage of the pipeline
. Reviews job processes and practices to ensure continuous improvement to the company’s products, services, quality, efficiencies

Required Qualifications:

· Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field with a specialization in Sales or Marketing, or a combination of experience and education

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care, customer service, or inside sales role

. Must be bilingual in English and French (verbal and written)

· Working knowledge of Salesforce or other industry leading CRM platforms

· Working knowledge of the full sales cycle (quotation to order finalization)

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and other computer technologies

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with key attention to detail

· Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a keen desire to learn our products and services

· Must be resilient! Not easily discouraged and able to maintain composure when the pressure is on
