After a property has suffered damage from a fire, flood, or similar tragedy, our team helps the property owner recover by cleaning up, drying out, and rebuilding. Clean Response is looking for our newly created Contents Project Manager who will be on the front lines of restoring the community by leading others to complete projects on budget and to the industry standard. The Position:

The Contents Project Manager will work in homes and commercial buildings where a disaster has happened. The contents team takes care of cleaning items that might be damaged by water, fire, mold, or smoke. Items that can be, are removed and brought to our warehouse for a deep clean and restoration process. As the Contents Project Manager you will manage the restoration of both residential and commercial content.

The Requirements:

  • Restoration/Mitigation industry experience a must
  • IICRC certifications highly desired
  • Degree preferred
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
  • Current Drivers License
  • Able to lift 75 lbs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely Organized

Job Functions:

  • Manage Contents jobs to clean Items that are brought to the facility
  • Coordinate the cleaning of items from Fire/Smoke damage - deodorization, pack-outs, and securing structure
  • Schedule teams
  • Help set up/design clean station and workflow of contents area
  • Properly document items during the pack-out process
  • Responsible to send reports to manager – timely 
  • Be respectful of customers’ home, time, and property
  • Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly goal setting
  • Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Build partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradespeople
  • Work in indoor and outdoor conditions
  • On-call rotation
