Senior Manager - Marketing Communications and Demand Generation

The Senior Manager Marketing Communications and Demand Generation develops and executes marketing campaigns across email, social, webinars, events, and more to generate marketing qualified leads for Clarity. This role will be responsible for leading, facilitating, and improving upon Claritys webinar program as well as improving our go to market strategy across all marketing channels. This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

Essential Functions

  • Leads development and execution of Claritys webinar program

  • Creates and executes marketing campaigns and press releases

  • Manages social media pages, developing content for posts and monitoring engagement

  • Manages development of creative for clients from copywriting to design

  • Assists with the creation and implementation of the annual marketing plan

  • Develops marketing collateral and communications to support sales and marketing efforts

  • Develops marketing content to use for thought leadership and lead generation programs

  • Collaborates with graphic designer and copywriter to develop materials, managing creative timelines

  • Facilitates on- and off-site client engagements including tradeshows and events

  • Manages distribution of client-centric surveys

  • Maintains and updates the Clarity consumer website

  • Other duties as assigned by management

    Education Required

  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

    Knowledge & Experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)

  • Experience developing and executing live webinars

  • Experience using a CMS (WordPress preferred)

  • Experience using a survey platform

  • Experience with PowerPoint and Creative Suite

  • Knowledge of email marketing processes and procedures as well as distribution platforms

  • Experience writing and distributing press releases via a distribution platform (i.e. Nasdaq)

  • Knowledge of website management and Search Engine Optimization

  • Experience in progressive B2B marketing roles and agency management, a plus

  • Success in designing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns and programs

  • Technology marketing, cloud-based SaaS and healthcare industry experience; highly preferred

  • Be able to adapt quickly in a rapid, changing environment

    Physical Demands

  • Must be able to sit at a desk 80 percent of the time

  • Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets

  • Must be able to operate a computer and other office products

  • Must be able to frequently communicate via telephone and in meeting rooms

  • Must be able to move audio/visual equipment for presentations
