Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our home office team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions, run personal errands, and learn about the high-growth influencer marketing industry on the job.
Responsibilities:
- Draft email correspondences and take notes on calls
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Run personal errands like picking up online orders and going to the pharmacy
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Assist with data entry and research around influencer industry and conference and event production
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to prioritize and handle diverse tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in office environment preferred
- Interest in social media or influencer marketing a plus
- Interest or experience in event production a plus
- Must have own transportation and valid drivers license and be comfortable in a dog-friendly home office
