Who We’re Looking For 

We are looking for someone comfortable in a call center environment who can positively interact with homeowners, business owners, contractors, insurance companies, and utility company field technicians. We need a “get it done”, high-energy, professional approach to recover claims effectively.  

On a Typical Day, You’ll:  

  • Interact with homeowners, business owners, contractors, insurance companies, and utility company field technicians while investigating claims and determining liability 

  • Recover payments for damage claims involving utility company equipment and facilities in a call center environment 

  • Seek guidance from team members to resolve issues and identify appropriate issues for escalation 

  • Contribute to business goals, performance metrics, and effectively use tools and technology

Be The Captain of Your Own Destiny 

Determine how much money you want to make by utilizing our commission and bonus system, which are given out based on the level of fees you recover. Note that each bonus level has a specific numerical amount attached to it based on department. Bonuses are paid out each month. 

Bonuses:    

  • 1st Level     =    $100  

  • 2nd Level    =    $250 

  • 3rd Level    =    $500 

  • 4th Level     =    $750 

Base Pay:  

  • First 30 days: $11.54/hour + commission  

  • 30 – 60 days: $10.54/hour + commission  

  • 60 days and beyond: $9.81/hour + commission
