We match their commitment by providing our team with competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities.Salary Range: $35,000 - $42,000Responsibilities Completes initial assessments at the point of entry, diagnosing individuals based on presenting symptoms and related behaviors, and triaging individuals to the appropriate departments within the agency for ongoing services and treatment that in every case utilizes the least restrictive means possible to meet client needs and/or medical necessity (based of credentials) Ability to accurately diagnose and treat psychiatric/mental health, substance abuse, and physical disorders (based on credentials) Complete (30) day, continued stays, re-authorizations and/or crisis assessment intervention services that in every case utilizes the least restrictive means possible to meet client needs and/or medical necessity (based on credentials) As a member of a clinical team, be available if needed to work a schedule as assigned by the Program Director in accordance with client needs Participate in mandatory clinical supervision as clinical staffing of cases Maintain a 100% chart compliance rating on Quality Assurance reviews by maintaining records for areas of responsibility in accordance with departmental, state, and federal regulations, laws, policies, and procedures; processes daily paperwork including but not limited to client progress notes, authorization forms and daily time sheets Complete clinical documentation and assure that all filing of clinical information and submission of billing information are done accurately and within the time frame required Accept and complete assignments outside of clinical duties that may include serving on committees, leading teams, developing projects, providing public education on specific topics, or other related administrative assignments Collaborate and/or coordinate with other case involved service providers and professionals such as: Department of Social Services, attorneys, psychiatrist, psychologist, probation and/or parole officers, etc. Provide program supervision as requested by your Clinical Director Attend court hearings pertaining to the client and/or provide a written or oral report to the court and other officials deemed eligible or the report Provides individual, group, and family counseling, psychotherapy, and/or crisis intervention to individuals who have been diagnosed with MH, SA, ID and/or DD diagnoses Collaborate regarding diagnostic & ASAM multi-dimensional assessments to review MH/SA diagnoses and develop individualized plans of care utilizing a wrap-around services philosophy Provides appropriate clinical do
