The Lead Workforce and Financial Empowerment Coach (Lead WFE Coach) is responsible for program implementation and coordination of services provided by the Workforce and Financial Empowerment Program (WFE), including intake, assessment, referral, career readiness, and financial coaching required within the WFE program. This position maintains a high degree of external contact with community partners. He/she will continue to provide workforce and financial coaching while overseeing a team of other WFE Coaches. The Lead WFE Coach will be responsible for ensuring that WFE services meet grant and program guidelines and will be responsible for completing necessary reports. He/she will work closely with the WFE Program Manager to also assure that all services meet quality guidelines and are tracked on a regular basis for reporting and analyzed for program improvement.
Education: Bachelors degree required; advanced degree in social work or a related field preferred.
Experience: At least 1 years experience working in case management within a non profit organization. Demonstrated history of exemplary organizational, management and communication skills.
Licensure: None required, but preferred.
Location: Dallas, TX
Additional Requirements: Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to utilize a case tracking system. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Must be able to travel within assigned region. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required.
