Senior Mortgage Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Branch Manager with a commitment to excellent customer service to help us build capacity. The successful applicant will have 3-5 years of management experience in the mortgage industry and a proven track record of sales success with their team. $90,000 - $125,000 yearly

• Exceed new business generation, pipeline, and sales management goals to increase market share
• Market and promote our company with business partners and referral networks such as realtors, with strong attention to reputation management
• Enforce branch procedures, policies, and protocols are followed by all staff members
• Oversee loan quality and ensure they meet company policies, as well as state, regional, and federal guidelines
• Hire, train, and recruit all branch personnel including mortgage loan officers/ MLOs, compliance, operations, underwriters, processing teams, and other mortgage professionals to build a strong team

• Strong industry knowledge and advanced technical/ computer skills
• Preferred NMLS or state licensing
• Demonstrated ability to complete all phases of the mortgage loan origination process and mastery of loan products and regulations such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional residential mortgage loans
• Exceptional communication skills, and strong judgment and decision making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, business administration, or economics is preferred -- equivalent experience accepted
