Compensation:

$200,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with new clients in order to discover their property desires, then find properties that meet those needs
  • Primary duties include daily follow-ups, e-mail communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline.
  • Act as a professional intermediary between your buyer and the seller
  • Initiate and manage incoming leads through phone calls, text, emails, and CRM
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers in addition to the clients we bring to you!
  • We are looking for high energy, positive people, and a willingness to learn daily
  • Put yourself in front of new people on a daily basis

Qualifications:

  • Current Real Estate License or willing to obtain
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Consistently quick response times
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market
  • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
  • Thrives in a truly collaborative team environment
  • Fast learner with an ability to adjust and think quickly to what is going on
  • Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure
