CityPaws Animal Hospital is seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives.
The Client Service Representative is on the front line of starting and developing relationships with our clients, as well as positively impacting the growth of the hospital. While we certainly have plenty of opportunity to be around animals, this position is for candidates who love interacting with people!
A successful candidate may come to us from a variety of backgrounds, but will share our commitment to client service. The candidate will bring a positive attitude, a motivation to learn and grow and at least one year of past experience helping customers. They will have excellent communication skills and is compassionate, attentive and respectful. They also would possess problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an attention to detail and a willingness to work non-traditional hours.
The CSR is responsible for checking patients in/out for appointments, urgent care cases and other procedures; processes payments and deposits, answers calls to the hospital, scheduling appointments, giving client advice, and demonstrates understanding of the client’s needs with warmth and compassion.
