Administrative Specialist

The City of College Park is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to perform administrative and office support functions for the City Clerk's Office in the Department of Administration. Duties include scheduling, permitting and preparation for meetings held at City Buildings; maintaining inventories and ordering supplies; preparing reports; responding to inquiries and requests; and greeting and assisting visitors and callers. English-Spanish bilingual candidates preferred.

Requires an associate's degree or equivalent, 2 years of administrative experience, proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent spelling, grammar and customer service skills. The starting hourly rate is $23.10 plus excellent benefits, including Maryland State Retirement.
