* Communicate with all members of the public, especially youth and families. * Commit to coaching from October - March. * Attend all swim meets and any additional scheduled events or meetings * Prepare & organize team documents * Coordinate and recruit volunteers as needed * May perform other duties and responsibilties as assigned
At least three years in competitive or instructional swimming preferred. Must have experience working with or coaching youth ages 5-14. WSI, LGI, Lifeguard certifications strongly desired. Strong communication stills. Must be able to demonstrate mastery of four major swim strokes. Demonstrate the ability to facilitate a quality aquatic & dry land training fitness program.
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:** Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
