Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000
The Sales Associate is responsible for setting sales appointments (i.e. 5-10) for the Sales team and selling B2B building maintenance solutions. You will be working with the Sales team to support the bid process and follow-up communications.
- B2B (Inside/Outside) sales experience.
- Proven results for closing short to mid-cycle B2B sales.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic, outgoing personality and competitive nature.
- Prospect new accounts in a designated territory.
- Identify the customers needs through a consultative approach.
- Evaluate, target, initiate and close sales.
- Track client information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Achieve or exceed sales metrics and revenue targets.
