Job Description

Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000

Requirements

Objective

The Sales Associate is responsible for setting sales appointments (i.e. 5-10) for the Sales team and selling B2B building maintenance solutions. You will be working with the Sales team to support the bid process and follow-up communications.


Essential Functions

  • B2B (Inside/Outside) sales experience.
  • Proven results for closing short to mid-cycle B2B sales.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic, outgoing personality and competitive nature.
  • Prospect new accounts in a designated territory.
  • Identify the customers needs through a consultative approach.
  • Evaluate, target, initiate and close sales.
  • Track client information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Achieve or exceed sales metrics and revenue targets.
