City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an upbeat and motivated account manager for the role of Facility Solutions Manager offering and managing more than 21 building maintenance solutions for their clients!

This position includes a base rate, plus rewarding commission and bonus potential! Excellent benefits, PTO, and retirement plan! $60,000-105,000 earning potential!

The Facility Solutions Manager is responsible for account management of 50-70 clients in an assigned territory in the Oklahoma City area. This position provides field support including – farming and fostering growth of their client base by positioning City Wide Facility Solutions as the single-source provider for our clients’ building maintenance needs.

Essential functions

· Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion and diversification of building solutions and/or products.

· Manage all contractor relationships within assigned territory.

· Ensure a standard of excellence in quality and client satisfaction.

· Supervise night managers; ensuring the client’s strategy is executed and all services are delivered when promised.

· Identify, recommend and manage supplies for clients.

· Use City Wide’s CRM to perform and record all daily activities (client inspections, adding extra charges, etc.).

Position Requirements

· 3-5 plus year’s sales and account management experience. Up-selling experience is a plus.

· Highly detail oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments.

· Positive and out-going personality; great at building relationships.

· Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database.

· Must have reliable transportation
