Job Description
Are you a successful sales leader within franchise development?  Are you seeking an opportunity that will further your success in a dynamic, fast growing and performance based organization?City Wide Franchise, a growing franchise development company with 70 locations across the US and Canada, is looking for a strong sales leader as Director of Franchise Development.  The right individual will possess a combination of leadership and management skills while possessing a strong track record of success for marketing, lead generation and sales.  The Director of Franchise Development will be responsible for the development and execution of franchise goals and sales, compliance and legal regulation oversight, CRM technology and tracking, social media efforts, communication with the franchise leadership team and management of the franchise development team.Essential Functions:  
  • Executive sponsorship of Franchise Development 
  • Execute Franchise Development goals
  • Lead weekly Franchise Development team calls
  • Lead weekly Franchise Development marketing calls
  • Attend Discovery Day 
  • Lead the post Discovery Day debrief (NPS score)
  • Update the Leadership Team on Franchise development progress
  • Advise/construct territory mapping interpretation and decisions
  • Advise in CoStar data decisions and interpretation
  • Validate candidates (Pre-discovery)
  • Manage the Fran Dev team
  • Guide candidates through 8 step process
  • Partner with Team – FDD calls, Discovery Day, finance options
  • Attending broker conferences
  • Run broker webinars to introduce and update City Wide Model
  • Communicate with brokers on candidate status
  • Receive all broker leads and develop through 8 step process
  • Work with Franchise Development Team re: marketing, reporting, budget, Discovery Day, Fran Connect, LinkedIn, Website
  • BA/BS degree in business, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading a Franchise Development department in a B2B franchisor model
  • 3-5 years demonstrated success within Franchise Development Sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong sales coaching experience:  lead generation to close
  • Strong social media experience (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Proficient in franchise and licensing regulations, laws, and procedures
  • Must have a high sense of urgency, self and team awareness, and goal driven mentality
  • Strong ethics and integrity in building personal relationships
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM are required
