Job Description

This position is ideal for someone who has a business or administrative background and would like to transition to the Christian nonprofit sector. Over half of City Vision’s students come from nonprofit partner organizations. This is a B2B sales and marketing position primarily developing partnerships with Christian nonprofit organizations that serve the poor and addicted.

This is a part-time position that combines hourly pay with free MBA tuition as a part of the fellowship program.This position reports to the President of City Vision University. The position will always be a remote work-from-home position anywhere in the United States.

  • New Partnership Sales (40%)

    • Make phone calls to potential new partners.

    • Track calls in our Partnership CRM database.

    • Set up meetings between key potential partners and City Vision’s President as needed.

  • Manage Partnership CRM Database (10%)

    • Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database in AirTable of partners and potential partners.

    • Update data to the Partnership CRM database to improve sales and support effectiveness.

    • Identify new potential partners and add them to the CRM database and add contacts to existing partners.

    • Track analytics of sales and marketing process in CRM database.

  • Partner Support (40%)

    • Provide support to and manage relationships with nonprofit partners currently sending students to City Vision University to ensure that the organization’s objectives are met and students are well served.

    • Work to expand partnerships with existing partners.

    • Maintain regular communication and phone calls with key partners.

  • Strategy (5%)

    • Work with City Vision President to develop overall B2B/partnership sales and marketing strategy and workplan

  • General (5%)

    • Attend regular staff meetings, supervision meetings and staff prayer on Zoom.

    • Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Individuals must have at least an accredited Bachelor's degree preferably in a business or nonprofit related field.

  • Have a demonstrated commitment to our Christian mission.

  • Moderate knowledge of computers is required (extensive experience or training with Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheets and Windows).

  • U.S. or Canadian citizen, U.S. or Canadian national or lawful permanent resident alien.

Desired:

  • Previous experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales and marketing

  • Previous experience in Christian nonprofit organizations serving at-risk communities.

Compensation

  • Includes full MBA tuition as a part of the graduate fellowship program.

  • $15-20/hour (depending on qualifications) for 20-30 hours/week. Hours and pay will be discussed in the interview process. We may consider full-time positions for exceptional candidates if that is preferred.

  • Work from home (will always be a work-from-home position even after COVID-19 crisis)
