Service Representative

City-Sofive is a soccer center operator: a modern sport complex dedicated to soccer, with multiple small-sided soccer fields.
Overview
Acting as first point of contact to City-Sofive customers and provide a quality, effective and efficient service to all users the complex, as well as providing administrative support to the management team.
As a Service Representative, your responsibilities include interacting with customers and providing them with information on available products and services. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, driving sales to meet targets, resolving customer issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and managing competing priorities. You should also be familiar with using computers and database systems.
Ultimately, your goal as a Service Representative will be to ensure that customers have a positive experience when interacting with the company and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
The position entails working a flexible shift pattern.
Position Description
- To provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients during all opening hours which may include a variety of shift patterns including weekends and holidays
- To maintain a positive attitude, take initiative, and work as a cohesive team with all City-Sofive staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
- To deal with all inquiries / bookings effectively and efficiently which will include extensive use of computerized systems and ensure all cash and stock reconciliation procedures within the facility are followed as dictated by the Company procedures
- To maintain the distinct City-Sofive aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture
- To maintain product knowledge for all soccer and retail operations
- To provide administration and clerical backup for the management team which will include word processing, co-ordination of all reception paperwork and maintenance of databases
- Such other duties as may be necessary from time to time, compatible witthe nature of the position. It should be noted that this list is not exhaustive and serves simply to give an overall view and key responsibilities of the position
Cross training and madatory cleaning are requirements of the role.
Qualifications
- Candidate will be passionate, knowledgeable about the soccer industry, and have a personal commitment to health & wellness
- Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
- Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude
- Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
- Must have an ability to work weekends, holidays, and some evening shifts
- POS experience is a plus
- Prior Retail experience is a plus
