Shifts are generally be 3pm-11pm Sunday through Saturday and on an occasion 8am - 11am on Saturday and/or Sunday.

The cabin rental season is April 1st through October 31st.

Cabin Attendant at the Ironwoods Park

The Cabin Attendant is responsible for assisting providing services for groups renting the cabins at Ironwoods Park.

General Responsibilities

• Assists patrons renting the cabins at Ironwoods Park with the check in and check out process. Responsibilities including completing and collecting all required paperwork.
• Responsible for securing cabins and surrounding facilities when patrons leave at end of rental period.
• Responsible for assisting patrons with the building, monitoring and extinguishing of campfires.
• Assists patrons renting the cabins with any needs they might have during their stay.
• Answers general inquiries regarding the park’s facilities and programs.
• Must be on-site for the entire evening shift duration and available for emergencies.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school degree or equivalent, one year of college preferred.
• Must enjoy working with the public.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per the City’s drivers Use of Vehicles for City Business policy throughout employment with the City.
