The Salesforce Business Analyst will help to deliver the strategic vision of the bank’s Salesforce Platform with End Users, Developers, Project Managers and Business Owners. You will utilize your prior experience administering the Salesforce.com platform to participate in the implementation/upgrade process, including design, development, QA, data conversion/migration, installation, integration, and documentation. Interact with other internal and external technical resources, other functional Business Analysts and Project Managers to collaborate, design and implement systems that parallel overall banks Salesforce Platform objectives.
Daily administration of the Salesforce environment; customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, dashboards, reports, etc.
Act as escalation point for incidents related to the Salesforce platform and associated integrations, such as, nCino, Marketing Cloud, Einstein, Cisco, Outlook
Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce and other supported platforms
Support change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and update existing applications
Take ambiguous business problems and create a logical strategy with a targeted solution
Design analyses to inform and drive decisions
Execute large scale customer data improvement projects
Manage other 3rd party applications that integrate into SFDC
Stay ahead and proactively make recommendations to support business objectives
- Provide analysis on current business processes, changes, suggest improvements, and participate in the solution design and implementation of new functionality.
A Bachelor’s degree is required. Very strong adherence to enterprise development guidelines inclusive of agile and scrum methodologies. Experience working in a Financial Services field is a plus. Current and former employees of top 10 consulting firm a major plus.
