Commercial Business Analyst

Job Description We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team!   As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting all Global Commercial Operations’ process activities, including sales operations process improvement, commercial systems solution analyzation, and leading process documentation across the Commercial Operations organization.   Responsibilities Researches, analyzes, and recommends changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems and process solutions that support overall business strategies. Collects and studies operational team performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develops process documentation and project plans, including system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation. Creates flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams. Partner with Commercial Enablement team to train workforce on changes and drive adoption of systems and processes Supports cross-functional activities and working sessions during projects' design and implementation phases. function as a liaison between Commercial Systems and Commercial users and have both business and technical expertise. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.   Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.
