Customer Service/Agent Support Job Description
We’re looking for extremely motivated, high-energy, people to join our inbound/outbound telesales operation.
Using scripts, technology, telemarketing representatives assist agents prior to enrollments, and members after enrollment.
In addition to their telephone duties, may be responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, entering data, filing, or auditing calls.
Prior call center experience is a plus – insurance/Medicare experience helpful
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with callers. They will work from a script, our reps must have the ability to read the script verbatim while maintaining an energetic tone. They must represent the company in a positive light at all times; this calls for optimistic people who aren't easily upset and who naturally like working with others.
Reps must be accommodating and highly motivated to provide excellent service. They must also be patient and persistent.
Representatives are often required to input data into a computer while on the telephone so keyboarding skills are required.
Requires strong interpersonal skills including excellent time management, listening and people skills

Part-time - 30 hour week – Five 6 hour shifts
Office Hours: 8am-8pm M-F, subject to seasonal change.
Competitive Hourly Pay based on experience and skills.
