As an Account Executive, you will leverage The Challenger methodology to develop new business, prospect to close, within a specific territory, no travel involved.
Our team is passionate, goal oriented, and looking for talented individuals to join the ranks! About You You are a disciplined, successful sales professional with a track record of achieving goals. You’re a great communicator, comfortable with cold calling and building rapport and trust in a short sales cycle. Fast paced environments are just your speed and you love learning new things.
You’re probably tech savvy, pick up new things quickly, and have a method for time management and organization. You have a few years of proven success in a sales position, preferably business-to-business focused on new prospects. Software or technical sales experience a plus! You’re self-motivated, independent, and goal oriented. About the Position As an Account Executive at Circa, you will identify and qualify prospective customers and key decision makers within your territory, secure business meetings through cold calling, email, and outbound campaigns, and close deals.
You’ll effectively manage your sales pipeline, creating a sense of urgency in the sales process to bring deals to close. You’ll establish our value and differentiation via online business presentations, executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed your sales goals. Our Sales Team: We are a growth minded organization with a focus on hunting new business We operate at a high velocity – focused on the intangible business impacts of our solutions (vs features and functions) Our team members are empowered, entrepreneurial, and autonomous We leverage Challenger methodologies for success We use Salesforce CRM Day in the Life Successful Account Executives build a strategic territory plan, organizing their days and weeks to successfully execute the plan for success. Most days will involve:Building and refining prospect lists within your territory Cold calling ~60 prospects and delivering our value proposition Conducting 1-2 “knowledge calls” to vet prospects and build a pipeline Weekly activities may include:Delivering 3-5 business presentations Manager meetings to get the support you need for success Pipeline/territory clean up and management Ongoing learning around industry, buyer, and sales development On a monthly basis:Creating and refining your strategic territory plan Pipeline/territory clean up and management Strategic All Hands Sales Meetings and ongoing training and development Hitting your sales goal!
