We are seeking an Entry Level Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for checking claims status information and resolving issues that may arise during the adjudication process.
- Handle high outbound calling to insurance companies
- Collect information about the claims status
- Troubleshoot and resolve claims issues and concerns
- Document and update patient records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of claims follow up and denial management
- Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or other related fields
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with the following a plus but not necessary:
- Revenue Cycle Management
- Medical Billing
- Insurance Billing
