This job is hybrid in Monroe, CT, requiring 1 day a week in the office.

Pay and Benefits- $62,000 - $67,000 annual base salary. Annual incentive plan with target of 2% of annual base pay (1% guaranteed/3% max,) PTO, free tele-med plan, health care (including medical/dental/vision), 401k with match, employee referral bonus, and employee discount.

Located just off route 25 in Monroe, CT, we are centrally located between Danbury and Bridgeport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing and sales goals for a portfolio of approximately 30 accounts on a daily basis.
  • Set and oversee quarterly goals for additional customers.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new accounts and maintain relationships initiated by our Business Development Team.
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with valued partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, effectively addressing their needs, inquiries, and requests.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and internal stakeholders to create and execute joint marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at driving mutual business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing initiatives and campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights, Google Analytics, Sales Reports, and CRM updates.
  • Work closely with partners to establish, track, and achieve specific marketing and revenue objectives.
  • Proactively address any issues or challenges in partner relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in partner relationship management and collaborative marketing efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and fostering growth.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience managing revenue KPIs.
  • Expertise in partner marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Strategic thinking and a keen understanding of business dynamics.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Working Conditions:

Office environment; elevator and stairs available. Travel may be required on occasion.
