Chuck Hutton Toyota has an immediate opening for a motivated team member in our fast growing, established Business Development Center. This is an entry level position. Previous success in a BDC Center or a Call Center is preferred. Base pay plus commission structure gives plenty of stability with great earning potential.
Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, work Saturday's, be available 8 AM till 7 PM, be a team player, have a pleasant personality and experience working with customers over the phone and internet. As a Business Development Center Representative/Customer Service Rep, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required.
Following and maintaining relationship with former customers
Monitoring and contacting internet sales leads
Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening
Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts
Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments
Performing surveys with customers
Other duties as required
