We are currently seeking candidates for Product Manager to oversee Chubb’s Cyber Insurance products distributed and managed via technology-based platforms within North America. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling professional liability insurance (ideally Cyber and Technology E&O) and is seeking a leadership role in overseeing a profitable and growing portfolio across multiple divisions.

Candidate must have strong comprehension of coverage, distribution, marketing, operational, management, and leadership dynamics within commercial insurance. The role encompasses highly technical aspects of coverages, systems, and operations—with an ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to collaboratively identify opportunities, and lead the delivery of solutions through cross-functional and often cross-divisional efforts.

Candidate must be capable of representing Chubb and Chubb’s Cyber practice in the market, cultivating relationships with agents and brokers, selling Chubb’s competitive advantages, and participating in panels or media-related activities.

Other job responsibilities include:

  • Management of top-line and bottom-line results within the cyber product line across multiple divisions
  • Management of policy suite, including filings, forms, compliance, authorities, and guidelines
  • Audit of systems and underwriting portfolios
  • Authority and ability to transact business, but typically would act as a referral officer.
  • Engaged as a member of the North American and Global Cyber practice leadership groups across functions (underwriting, operations, actuarial, data analytics, risk control, etc)
  • Training and coaching underwriting and operations staff as a senior resource and subject-matter expert
Minimum Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience within the financial services industries.
  • 3+ years commercial insurance underwriting leadership experience.
  • 3+ years professional lines (preferably cyber) insurance experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Knowledge of insurance industry
  • Knowledge of underwriting concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Familiarity with key management metrics, and strategies to influence them, within commercial insurance
