Job Description
$3000 January Sign-On Bonus

As a BDC Manager you will support the company’s business development efforts. This is an essential and critical role as you and your team are the first contact, and determine the customer's first impression of the dealership. You should love customer interaction, be engaging ,with excellent phone etiquette and grammar.
Key duties include

  • Answering internet leads and phone inquiries promptly.
  • Responding to all questions,and providing information to customers with the goal of scheduling a sales or service visit.
  • Staying up-to -date on products and promotions
  • Assess customer needs and make appropriate recommendations
  • Training and onboarding Team Members
  • Recruit BDC Agents
  • Performance daily/weekly monthly performance assessments

You will work with dealership software tools like VIN Solutions, Vauto, CarFax, Dealer Connect.

The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a BDC. You should be organized and dedicated with diligent and effective follow-up skills.
