Youth Pastor - Faith Brethren Bible Church

Faith Brethren Bible Church was founded in 1973 as an Independent, Fundamental, Bible-believing, KJV-preaching, conservative, hymn-singing local assembly. We are a non-Calvinist church that holds to eternal security.

Faith Brethren Bible Church is a growing church in a rural setting. There is a core group of teens, from 7th through 12th grade, of about 20-25. But there are 50 additional teens that attend the church that we would like to see incorporated into the body life of our Youth Group.

We have a Wednesday Bible Study time for the teens. We also have monthly activities and service opportunities. We are looking for an individual who would be able to organize and coordinate each of these aspects of the ministry.

Job Expectations
*Must enjoy and love young people with a strong desire for their spiritual development (to know, love, and serve Jesus Christ)
*Must be organized and able to communicate well with youth, parents, and church leadership
*Teach at the Wednesday Youth Meetings
*Connect and engage with youth in a variety of ways: teaching and participating in students' lives
*Fill pulpit for Senior Pastor when needed

Requirements
*Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
*Must know Jesus Christ as personal Savior (if married, wife must be a believer in Christ)
*Self-motivated
*Able to work under Senior Pastor
