Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Our insurance office is looking for confident and highly motivated individuals to reach out to the community, build customer relationships, discover opportunities, and market insurance services.

Requirements

• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written, verbal, and listening
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, able to follow through on tasks
• Self-motivated, upbeat and enthusiastic
• Two years sales experience preferred
• Ability to successfully obtain required Pennsylvania insurance licenses (current P&C, Life, Accident, and Health licenses preferred), complete all company training courses, and pass a background check*
