4-year College degree preferred, but not required.
Applicant is required to obtain the Alaskan property and casualty insurance licenses within 2 months of start date - office will provide necessary study materials. Applicant is required to obtain their Life and Health insurance licenses within 1 year of start date - office will provide necessary study materials. Wage increases immediately upon obtaining Insurance licenses.
Monthly and Annual bonuses available, determined by individual performance, office goals and achievements. Annual compensation packages can vary between $30-$60K and up. Room to grow & earn the financial package you desire!

Daily Tasks Include, but not limited to:
Assisting clients with questions and concerns, taking payments/handling money, answering phones, servicing new and renewal policies, selling insurance packages, calling on customer leads, prospecting for new clients, working with lending institutions, assisting in claims procedures, multi-tasking, maintaining professional attitude, and other duties as assigned.
Office Hours, M-F 9a-6p, 1 hour lunch break during afternoon. Daily team building and training sessions M-F 8:30a-9a resulting in 2.5 hours OT weekly.
