$55,000 (base + commission potential)

Compensation:

$55,000+ commission potential

Responsibilities:

  • Primary duties include taking inbound calls, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Calling in our CRM the hottest leads each day and making sure the home buyer or seller keeps us at the top of min
  • Stay fully abreast of the evolving real estate market
  • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling
  • Participate in regular training and education requirements
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
  • Use our systems to set listing appointments and add nurture leads to our pipeline
  • Having a willingness to learn.
  • Follow up with nurture leads you to add to the system.
  • Communicate on a daily basis with the rest of the Colgan administration team
  • Calling Homeowners who are looking to sell their home
  • Being able to make a large number of calls daily using an autodialer
