Our client a ( Leasing Office) located in Jersey City, NJ is seeking an Administrative Assistant for weekends:

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Must have an upbeat personality and able to hit the ground running
  • Provide administration support to ensure efficient operation of the office (Data Entry, Organize Files, Replenish agent work stations).
  • Support Managers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Communication via telephone and email that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Order office supplies
  • Meet, greet and welcome customers.


  • Strong computer Skills, MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Must have excellent client service orientation and be result driven


  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook

Days/Hours: Saturday ( 10 a.m. - 5:p.m.) & Sundays ( 11 a.m.- 6 p.m. )

Salary: $18 p/h
