Location: Choice Home Warranty: Sunrise, FL
Full Time: 40 hours
Call center hours are:
Mon to Friday: 8:30am - 7:30pm
Sat & Sun: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Customer Solutions Representative role and responsibilities:
- Retain and build customer loyalty by providing a professional, courteous and positive experience to each customer on a daily basis
- Provide accurate and relevant information as it pertains to the customer’s claim inquiries
- Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills
- Effectively exhibit active and empathic listening during challenging customer claim events
- Continuously improve on building rapport and understanding customer needs
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively overcome objections and implement strategies for overcoming objections
- Collect and document the details of each call in our systems
- Follow all related procedures through the life cycle of the claim
- Adhere to the Key Performance Indicators that will capture your success
Customer Solutions Representative Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ continuous years of recent customer service experience
- Command strong written and oral communication skills
- Talent for multitasking as you will be typing while talking to customers
- Proficient with computers, strong keying skills
- An aptitude for problem-solving and handling objections
- Attention to detail is critical
